Presence of Starch and Protein

Ameya conducted a lab activity of food Analysis to test the presence of starch and protein.
The aim of this experiment was to carry out a number of qualitative procedures in order to identify starch and protein that are present or absent within the aqueous tests. Children were actively participated to identify the food traces. Teachers helped and guided the students with the procedures in getting the appropriate results.
The results obtained by students were remarkably close to the results expected.
